LEGAL & CUSTOMER POLICIES

Terms of Service

The responsibilities, subscription principles, and customer protections behind the KLYCK experience.

Last updated: October 13, 2026Policy version: 2026-10-13

01

Scope and commercial activation

These Terms describe use of the KLYCK AI website and the proposed terms for business subscriptions provided by the operator of KLYCK AI ("KLYCK AI," "we," or "us"). Read them with the Privacy Policy, Cancellation Policy, and any accepted order or separately agreed customer contract.

Current service: the public workspace is an interactive product preview with fictional sample data. Account setup, contact requests, calling, and AI examples do not create a live customer service. Authentication and payment processing are not connected, and the website does not collect payment cards or charge subscription fees. A local preview selection or checkbox does not activate a paid subscription.

A live subscription requires a confirmed offering, an accepted order, and enabled account and billing arrangements. These commercial policies must be finalized for the live service before activation. A separately agreed contract may address customer-specific matters, subject to mandatory applicable law.

02

The KLYCK AI platform

KLYCK AI is a business platform designed around CRM, customer and lead management, sales operations, reporting, team tools, integrated calling through KLYCK Power Dialer, and AI-assisted workflows. Availability depends on the purchased package, enabled functionality, and supported integrations. A product illustration or sample response is not evidence of a connected calling or AI service. The KLYCK Complete offering includes AI-powered sales assistance, AI Sales Coach, AI Quality Assurance, and AI Call Summaries and Feedback within its package price; these AI features do not carry separate charges. The features and service scope for a live subscription must be confirmed before purchase, and included capabilities are not represented as operational until implemented and enabled.

03

Account registration and authority

For live registration, provide accurate business and account information and keep it current. The person registering must have authority to act for the business and to accept the applicable agreement. Authorized users must be permitted to use the service under that agreement and applicable law.

Protect account credentials, manage access appropriately, and notify the service through a verified support channel if you suspect unauthorized access. Do not share credentials to bypass purchased-seat limits. The current Enter Workspace experience is a sample environment, not verified identity or account authentication.

04

Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for its authorized users, the accuracy and legality of information it supplies, and the authority to process customer, lead, and employee information through the service. Provide necessary privacy notices and obtain applicable consents or other lawful permissions.

Calling, recording, transcription, and AI evaluation require attention to applicable communications, privacy, employment, and recording laws. This includes relevant calling permissions, suppression or do-not-call requirements, and participant notices or consents where required. Do not assume that a platform setting supplies a legal basis or that a general website checkbox authorizes marketing calls or texts.

Customers should review their own access controls, retain appropriate records, and assess whether the service is suitable for the information and business activity involved.

05

Seat licensing and minimums

KLYCK CRM and KLYCK Complete each require a minimum of five user seats. Purchased seats authorize the customer's designated team members to use the enabled services within the agreed package. The number of authorized users must remain within the licensed seat count.

Customers may request additional seats. The applicable monthly cost, activation timing, and any billing adjustment must be confirmed before a change takes effect. Enterprise requirements and any customer-specific licensing arrangements must be agreed in the relevant order. Unused seats remain subject to the refund policy below.

06

Monthly subscriptions and billing

The advertised base package prices are $100 per user per month for KLYCK CRM and $250 per user per month for KLYCK Complete, with a minimum of five seats for either package. KLYCK Complete includes its AI features within the $250 base price, without separate AI charges. The final package scope, selected services, licensed seats, and payable amount must be confirmed in the accepted order before live billing. A displayed preview calculation is not a charge or payment authorization.

Standard subscriptions are month-to-month and renew monthly until canceled. No annual contract is required for standard monthly subscriptions. Before billing is enabled, the customer must receive the applicable recurring price, billing schedule, payment terms, and any legally applicable taxes or other agreed charges. We do not accept payment cards or activate recurring charges through the current preview.

Questions about a live invoice or a requested seat change should use the billing contact channel, after confirming that delivery is enabled.

07

Cancellation and refunds

Customers may cancel standard monthly subscriptions at any time without cancellation penalties. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Customers retain access to their purchased seats and services until that period ends. The subscription will not renew after cancellation, and customers will not be charged for the next billing period after an effective cancellation.

Subscription payments are nonrefundable except where required by applicable law. There are no prorated refunds for unused subscription time or unused seats. Cancellation prevents future renewals; it does not create a refund for the current paid period. Access continues until the paid billing period expires.

See the Cancellation Policy for instructions. A working billing service may offer subscription management. The current workspace has no live subscription to cancel, and a local contact-form preview does not send a cancellation request.

08

Acceptable use

Use the service lawfully and in a way that respects other people and the security of the platform. You must not:

  • Use it for fraud, unlawful discrimination, harassment, unlawful calling or messaging, or other illegal activity.
  • Upload information you are not authorized to provide, infringe another party's rights, or record or analyze conversations without required authority and consent.
  • Introduce malicious code, seek unauthorized account access, disrupt the service, or evade security or licensing restrictions.
  • Misrepresent sample data or AI output as verified information, or use AI-generated content without appropriate review in decisions that affect people.
  • Resell or make the service available beyond the rights granted in the applicable customer agreement.

09

Customer data and ownership

Customers retain their rights in the information they provide. Supplying CRM records or other business information does not transfer ownership of that information to KLYCK AI. Customers must have the rights necessary to permit the agreed processing.

For an enabled service, the customer authorizes processing necessary to deliver that service under the applicable agreement and customer instructions. This may involve authorized providers and customer-selected integrations. Data-processing responsibilities, access, export, retention, and deletion arrangements must be set out for the live service; cancellation alone does not confirm data deletion.

See the Privacy Policy for the distinction between customer-controlled business data and website or account administration information. Public sample workspaces should not contain real customer data or sensitive information.

10

AI-generated information

AI assistance, summaries, quality evaluations, and coaching suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for a particular situation. They are aids to human judgment, not guaranteed facts, professional advice, or a promise of sales performance.

Review outputs against the underlying information before relying on them. Do not use an AI score or suggestion as the sole basis for an employment, financial, legal, or other consequential decision. Applicable customer instructions and provider arrangements govern permitted inputs and processing. The current assistant and coaching views present sample responses and do not analyze live customer conversations.

11

Third-party services and integrations

Enabled infrastructure, payment, telephony, AI, and customer-selected integrations may involve third-party services with their own terms, data practices, limitations, and availability. Compatibility must be confirmed for the customer's systems and package. Customers are responsible for authorizing the connections they request. A branded KLYCK Power Dialer interface does not mean an operational telephony connection is present in the sample environment. No unfinished integration is represented as live by these Terms.

12

Availability and service changes

Availability can be affected by maintenance, network conditions, provider dependencies, and operational events. The website does not promise uninterrupted service, a particular uptime percentage, or a service-level credit. Any live service-level agreement, support commitments, material service changes, and related customer remedies must be agreed for the commercial service. Sample functionality may differ from the final enabled product.

13

Platform intellectual property

Rights in the KLYCK AI name, platform design, software, and original site materials remain with their respective owners. A subscription permits use of the agreed service; it does not transfer ownership of the platform or grant rights to reproduce or distribute it beyond the applicable agreement and law. This does not restrict the customer's ownership of its own data or rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

14

Liability and applicable protections

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the service is subject to the warranty disclaimers, exclusions, and limitations established in the final customer agreement. Any exclusion or limitation of liability must remain subject to applicable law, including rights and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. This published draft does not establish an arbitrary monetary liability cap or remove mandatory customer protections. The final allocation of liability and remedies requires legal review before commercial activation.

15

Suspension and termination

For a live account, access may need to be restricted or terminated where required by law, to address a serious security risk or material misuse, or under the conditions of the applicable agreement. Notice, any opportunity to resolve a breach, account-data handling, and the treatment of amounts paid must follow that agreement and applicable law. No broader termination right is created by this preview.

Customer cancellation remains subject to the month-to-month cancellation terms above. Termination does not remove rights or legal obligations that must continue, such as required recordkeeping and lawful data-processing responsibilities.

16

Governing law, updates, and contact

Proposed governing jurisdiction: Florida, United States, subject to legal review. The applicable governing-law, dispute-resolution, and venue provisions must be confirmed for the contracting entity and customer agreement before live commercial activation. Mandatory laws and protections that apply to a customer remain applicable.

The last-updated date and policy version identify these Terms. Changes affecting live customer rights and obligations must be handled under the applicable agreement and legal notice requirements.

For service questions, use the support contact form; for subscriptions, use the billing contact form. These forms currently preview requests locally and do not deliver messages. A verified contact channel must be available before the live service accepts customers.
