01

Scope and current service

This Privacy Policy explains how the operator of KLYCK AI ("KLYCK AI," "we," or "us") handles information associated with our website and describes the processing intended for customer services when they are enabled. It should be read alongside our Terms of Service and any applicable customer agreement.

Current implementation: product workspaces use fictional sample data. The contact form and company-information steps validate in your browser; they do not currently transmit or store those entries in a customer database. Live account authentication, payment processing, calling, and AI processing of customer data are not connected. The sections below concerning those services apply when an applicable live service is enabled and the relevant processing arrangements are confirmed.

Hosting and website-delivery services may still receive technical information when you visit the website, as described below. A local product preview does not mean that your visit is invisible to the infrastructure delivering it.

02

Website visitors and contact requests

In the ordinary delivery of a website, hosting and related infrastructure may process an IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, referring information, request timestamps, and diagnostic or security logs. The exact information and retention depend on the services and their configurations.

The contact form asks for a name, work email, company, team size, topic, and an optional message. It also presents separate policy agreement and optional promotional-email choices. At present, these entries and choices remain in the local form experience and are not delivered to our team or recorded as a server-side consent record. Please use sample details while the form is a preview.

When contact delivery is enabled, submitted information may be used to respond to the request, discuss the product, support the customer relationship, and keep an appropriate record of the request and consent. Optional promotional consent is separate from a service inquiry and may be withdrawn. Neither checkbox authorizes automated marketing calls or text messages.

03

Customer, account, and business information

Enabled account and subscription services may process authorized users' names, work contact details, company and account identifiers, roles, account activity, package choices, licensed seat counts, billing contacts, invoices, and subscription status. A secure payment provider may process payment details under its own applicable terms. The current website does not collect payment card information or charge customers. The information required and the responsible providers must be explained before a live account or payment service is used.

04

CRM, calling, and AI information

Depending on the services enabled for a customer, platform data may include:

  • CRM records: customer and lead names, contact details, account history, notes, sales opportunities, tasks, and customer-supplied business records.
  • Calling records: numbers, call times and duration, call history, and recordings or transcripts when supported and lawfully enabled.
  • AI inputs and outputs: permitted conversation content, prompts, summaries, coaching suggestions, quality evaluations, feedback, and related account context.

Customers must have the authority and any required notices, permissions, and consents to provide this information and to record, transcribe, or analyze conversations. Sensitive information should not be entered into public sample workspaces.

Live AI or telephony processing must be limited to the enabled service and the applicable agreement. Provider terms, data uses, processing locations, and relevant settings must be assessed and disclosed before customer data is connected. This policy does not grant permission to train AI models on customer data. AI output can be incomplete or inaccurate and requires appropriate human review.

05

Purposes and privacy responsibilities

Information may be used to deliver and administer enabled services; respond to inquiries; manage authorized accounts, seats, and subscriptions; provide customer-requested CRM, calling, reporting, and AI features; investigate faults or misuse; protect the service; and meet applicable legal obligations. Promotional communications require an appropriate basis and respect the individual's preferences.

For website inquiries and our own account administration, KLYCK AI determines the relevant purposes and means of processing. For customer-uploaded CRM records, recordings, and other business data, the customer generally determines the purposes and KLYCK AI processes information on the customer's instructions. Applicable law and the actual relationship determine whether the parties are controllers, processors, businesses, or service providers.

Where required, a data processing agreement must define customer instructions, authorized providers, assistance with rights requests, security responsibilities, transfers, and deletion. Applicable legal bases and notices must reflect the service, information, and location involved.

06

Authorized providers and disclosure

KLYCK AI does not sell customer personal information. This does not mean that information is never shared. Authorized service providers may process information as necessary to operate an enabled platform, such as hosting, infrastructure, support delivery, account authentication, payments, telephony, or AI processing.

A provider's access must be appropriate to its role and subject to the applicable service and data-processing arrangements. Not every provider category is currently connected; the relevant provider information must be available before a customer enables live processing.

Information may also be disclosed to authorized customer users and customer-selected integrations, when the customer directs that disclosure, or where necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect rights and safety, or address a business transfer subject to applicable safeguards. We do not promise that data remains solely with KLYCK AI in circumstances requiring authorized provider processing or lawful disclosure.

07

Storage, transfers, and security

Storage locations and processing destinations depend on the services and providers actually configured for a live account. If information is transferred across borders, the required legal mechanisms and notices must be established for that processing. This website does not promise a particular hosting region or data-residency arrangement.

Security responsibilities include selecting appropriate controls for the information and service, restricting authorized access, and addressing relevant risks. Customers also need to protect their credentials, user permissions, and uploaded information. No internet service can be described as free of all risk. We do not claim a security certification, an encryption guarantee, or a completed compliance audit in this policy.

08

Retention and deletion

Information should be retained only as appropriate for its purpose, the customer relationship, applicable agreements, and legal requirements. Different records may require different handling: business data, recordings, transcripts, support correspondence, consent records, invoices, security logs, and backups do not necessarily have the same lifecycle. There is no single fixed retention period stated here.

For live customer services, deletion and export arrangements must take account of customer instructions, provider capabilities, legal recordkeeping, unresolved disputes, and backup or recovery requirements. Exceptions must be limited to an appropriate reason. A subscription cancellation stops renewal; it does not itself confirm that all records have been deleted.

The current product stores only non-personal package preferences in browser session storage. You can clear your browser's site data to remove these preferences. Locally entered contact and company details are not retained by a backend in this implementation. Hosting-provider logs are separate from local form data.

09

Cookies and analytics

The current application has no configured advertising or website-analytics SDK and does not intentionally set advertising or analytics cookies. Browser session storage is used for the selected package and seat preferences in the preview; it is not a live authentication session. Hosting infrastructure may use its own operational mechanisms, which must be assessed as part of deployment.

If account cookies, additional analytics, or nonessential tracking are introduced, the relevant purposes, providers, choices, and any required consent must be disclosed before their use. Browser controls can help manage site storage, although restricting necessary storage may affect an enabled feature.

10

Your choices and privacy requests

Depending on your location, the information, and applicable law, you may have rights to access or receive a copy of personal information, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, request portability, withdraw consent, or complain to an appropriate privacy authority. Exceptions may apply, including legal recordkeeping and the rights of others. Exercising a right should not result in unlawful discrimination.

If your information is in a customer's CRM or calling records, contact that business first: it generally determines the processing purposes. KLYCK AI's role is to assist the customer where required by the applicable agreement and law. Requests about our own website or account administration belong with KLYCK AI.

For a privacy or deletion request, use the privacy contact form when delivery is enabled. Identify the relevant business account and requested action; do not include passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive information. Identity and authority may need to be verified before account information is disclosed or deleted.

Current request channel: the form is a local preview and does not deliver a request. Completing it does not initiate a deletion or a rights-response deadline. A working, verified privacy channel must be in place before live customer-data processing begins. No unverified email address is represented as operational.

11

Policy updates and contact

This policy may be updated to reflect actual services, provider arrangements, and legal requirements. The last-updated date and policy version above identify this text. Material changes affecting live processing must be communicated as required by applicable law and the relevant customer agreement.

Questions about privacy can be directed through the privacy contact form, subject to the delivery status explained above. For subscription questions, see our Cancellation Policy or the billing contact form.
